How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Jimsribhaven Windows & Siding to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • What happened when you called or contacted Jimsribhaven Windows & Siding
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If something is wrong with work on your home, start by taking it up with the provider directly. Keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of our expectations may be removed. Note that Jimsribhaven Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, handle warranty claims, or make decisions for a provider.

Filing Your Complaint

Email contact@jimsribhaven.buzz and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For contractor issues, a state or local contractor licensing board may also help.
